Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your RapidReply account data and connected Instagram data at any time.
Disconnect Instagram
Log in to RapidReply, open the dashboard, and click Disconnect on the connected Instagram account. This disables automations for that account and removes active app access from RapidReply.
Request Full Data Deletion
Email mohammedmaazeen12@gmail.com with the subject 'RapidReply Data Deletion Request'. Include the email address used for your RapidReply account and the Instagram username you connected.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account profile data, connected Instagram account records, automation rules, access tokens, message logs, and related operational data unless retention is required by law or security needs.
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verification.
Meta User Data Deletion
If you connected RapidReply through Instagram or Meta, you can also remove app access from your Instagram or Meta account settings.
