RapidReply helps Instagram Business and Creator accounts automate responses to comments and messages. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how users can request deletion.
Information We Collect
We may collect account registration details, connected Instagram account identifiers, Instagram username, granted permissions, automation rules, comment trigger data, message delivery logs, and basic usage analytics needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use this information to connect Instagram accounts, process automation rules, send permitted Instagram direct messages or replies, show analytics, protect the service, and provide support.
Instagram Data
Instagram data is used only to provide the automation features selected by the account owner. We do not sell Instagram data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used to call Instagram APIs on behalf of the connected account.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that host, secure, monitor, or deliver the service, only as needed for operation.
Retention
We keep account and automation data while the account is active. Message logs and operational records may be retained for security, debugging, compliance, and analytics unless deletion is requested.
Your Choices
You can disconnect Instagram from the dashboard, stop automations, or request data deletion using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
