These Terms govern your use of RapidReply. By using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable Instagram and Meta platform rules.
Service
RapidReply provides tools for Instagram comment-to-message automation, response flows, lead capture, and analytics for Business and Creator accounts.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the Instagram accounts you connect, the automations you create, and the messages or replies sent through your connected accounts.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RapidReply for spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, unlawful activity, or activity that violates Instagram, Meta, or other platform policies.
Platform Access
Instagram and Meta APIs may change, limit, suspend, or revoke access. RapidReply is not responsible for outages, API limits, review requirements, or platform decisions outside our control.
No Guarantee
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, lead conversion, revenue, or specific business outcomes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, policies are violated, or continued operation would create security, legal, or platform risk.
